Committee Update…

The recent committee meeting saw Martin Berry agree to become Club Secretary (also remaining as Registration Secretary) and Dean Clarke return to Committee as Assistant Club Treasurer, which will be a huge help to David Holborn the Club Treasurer.

Thank-you to both Martin and Dean for stepping up and helping to make our ever-growing numbers that much easier to administer.

  • “Recognition of Service to the Club” awards were presented to Des Livings and Dean Clarke as they stepped down from their respective roles as Treasurer and Secretary.

  • David Holborn is now also Treasurer  and Rob Evison is also Secretary.  Tim Fewster is now Membership Secretary. Mark Hughes has taken over as Over 50s Manager.

  • The 70s Blues squad also received their runners-up medals for the 2024 Challenge Cup  -- deserved silverware especially in a season which also saw them miss out on the league title just on goal difference. 70s Yellows received their league Fair Play award for the 70s two divisions.

In other news:
